I really need to just open up Microsoft Word and get typing. I have a research paper due a couple of weeks from now, and I'd really like to not be cramming it in right before the deadline. I'm about 3 sources short of a complete bibliography. If you know any good books about operetta, die Fledermaus, Strauss, or popular music in the 1800's I'd be indebted to you. As it is, I'm just going to have to hack it. Schön.

I'm looking for some prints that have a vaguely Japanese-inspired theme to them. Not beating you over the head, just, "hmm, that's kinda Japanese". And mostly with red, white and black. With plants/blossoms. For instance, this print by Sakai is sort of what I was thinking- [link] See? kinda Japanese, red and white, tree-ish. Hoom hom. And it can't cost too much. Cause I'm poor.
I suddenly realize that I have a bit of a light vs. dark theme going on with my... um... 3 posted artworks. That's not much is it? Umm....I work slowly. Well, that's not a correct statement. I don't work at all. I just come down with random bouts of inspiration and put them up here.
